General Information for the members (policyholders)
Copies of the Amalgamation Agreement and the By-laws are part of a Members’ (policyholders’) Information Package that also contains a Business Plan, Due Diligence reports by each General Manager, declarations of no distributions by each President and certificates of each Secretary confirming director approval for the amalgamation will be mailed out to any policyholder who requests such copies. Please contact the office in order to obtain a copy.
